Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After you place your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours for it to be processed for shipping. You’ll get a message when it’s on its way!
Here are the standard shipping times for the countries we deliver to:
United States: 5-10 days
Canada: 5-10 days
Australia: 5-10 days
UK: 5-10 days
France: 7-12 days
Germany: 7-12 days
Please note that the courier shipping times may be impacted by weather and seasonal delays such as holidays.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Just a friendly reminder that if your order hasn’t arrived yet, please double-check your tracking info. If you’re still having trouble, don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly customer service team for help!
What is your return policy?
You’ve got 30 days from when you bought something to send us a return request. If you wait longer than that, you won’t be able to exchange or get a refund for your item.
To get a return, your item needs to be in the same condition as when you got it - it should be unworn or unused, with tags and all the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
